About Me

Let's work together to improve your mental health

I have a Masters qualification in Integrative counselling and I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I believe that everyone is unique. I use a combination of counselling skills in collaboration with you, to ensure my approach will be effective for your individual needs. I specialise in helping people learn to live alongside their grief, and have spent three years as a counsellor for MIND helping clients with trauma, anxiety, and depression.

I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to working with you to help you achieve a calmer life.

Do you offer a free consultation?

30 minute free consultations are available to help us decide if we will work well together to improve your mental health.

What are your fees?

Counselling sessions cost £45, payable by bank transfer in advance. Sessions last one hour, and weekly sessions are recommended to support your well-being.

What is counselling like?

Counselling is a chance to be heard. To talk and reflect confidentially, and completely without judgement. The ultimate self-care! Led by you, our sessions may evolve from descriptions of things that are troubling you, through where those issues may have come from, to new ways of thinking about life's difficulties and a happier life!
